I AM FINALLY IN THE 150’s again!!!!!!!!!!! omg~

I cannot believe it. This is way too damn amazing, I am officially down 50 lbs since I had Adam one year ago.

He doesnt seem to mind. I think he is secure enough to understand my choices and that it is not a sexual thing. At least not with these pictures! hahaha. I am just posting progress. Thank you for the compliment though! hahaha

My name is Brittany. I am a 22 year old Californian. Married. Mother. Happy. I married my best friend, and we decided we wanted to have a baby. So we did. His name is Adam. Blonde hair, blue eyes, cute. I don't care if I'm biased, I am his mom I am allowed to be.

This is my fitness, health and whatever else blog. While pregnant with Adam I reached 207 lbs. Keep in mind, I am 5'1. Not a good look on anyone, especially someone as small as me. Before I got pregnant I was around 155 lbs, which has been my "normal" weight as long as I can remember. Which is still overweight for my height group. I am now going to work o not only reach my pre-pregnancy weight, but to weigh even less than that.

It has now been quite a few months since he was born, and it is time to get my butt back in shape. I have an SF Giants race to train for in September. Don't look at me crazy now, it's only a 5k, so pretty manageable. It is my first "real" fitness event, and I want to do well. I have never been a runner but I want to change that. I have been lazy, my entire life. It is time I kick it into gear and get MOTIVATED.

Hitting 207 lbs was a really bad point for me. I was overweight, I felt heavy, I felt truly disgusting. I understand I was pregnant, but I've never even been NEAR the 200's let alone IN them. And I never will again. I am currently 175 lbs. Down about 30 lbs. since I've had Adam, which isn't too bad. My ultimate goal weight is 130. I want to get there the healthy way. I absolutely intend on reaching that goal.

This is my blog to motivate myself and document my journey.
